Option 1: Install Using Screws

Tools Needed: Phillips Screwdriver

Before You Start

For the most rock-solid attachment, use the screws. Once you find your prime spot, just double-check that the surface is safe to drill into.

Step 1

First things first, find the flat surface you want to add the Flat Mount to. Align the Flat Mount and mark the screw holes with a pen or pencil.

Step 2

Grab your Phillips screwdriver and get those screws started. Just go halfway for now; you want some wiggle room to make sure everything lines up just right. We’ll tighten them up later!

Step 3

When all the screws are in, it’s time to tighten things up! Go diagonal, back and forth, to keep it even.

*Pro tip: Don’t over-tighten—once it’s snug, you’re good.

Finished!

Give it a shake test. If there’s any wiggle, tighten things just a smidge more.

Option 2: Install Using Adhesive

Tools Needed: Clean Rag or Towel

Before You Start

If you are attaching the Flat Mount with the included double-sided adhesive, use ALL of the adhesive squares for maximum strength.

STEP 1

Alright, it’s cleaning time! Give the Flat Mount’s back and your target surface a good scrub. Water or isopropyl will do the trick—get it sparkling like you’re expecting guests.

*Important note: let it dry fully. A clean, dry surface is your secret weapon for the best stick.

Step 2

Time to get sticky! Flip the Flat Mount, spot those indented squares, and press on the adhesive into the four edge indents. Either side of the adhesive works, but starting with the red side on the mount makes it easier.

*If that red backing doesn’t wanna budge, carefully use a knife to peel it back.

Step 3

Peel off that final adhesive backing—it’s showtime! This side’s about to meet its forever home.

Step 4

Plant that Flat Mount onto your chosen surface and give it a good press.

*Now it’s time to chill. Let it set for 72 hours, and while you wait, imagine a world where spilling is just a distant memory.

Step 5

After 72hrs of bonding time, you’re all set! Pop in your TwistLock drinkware, lock it down with a twist, and you’re officially part of the No-Spill Club. Welcome aboard!
