Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders placed for TwistLock Beverage Locking System products are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Methods:
We offer standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. All orders are shipped from Bend, Oregon. Expedited shipping options may be available for an additional fee. We use FedEx or UPS for all ground or expedited shipping options.
US Shipping:
- Free standard shipping on orders over $45 (excluding Hawaii & Alaska).
- Orders under $45 have a flat shipping rate of $5.99.
- Expedited shipping is available at a flat rate of $49.99.
International Shipping:
For Canada, we have a flat shipping rate of $39.99. For all other international addresses, please contact us for pricing.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.
P.O. Boxes:
If you need to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please contact us and we will try to find a solution for you.
Return Policy
60-Day Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your TwistLock Beverage Locking System purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition.
Return Process:

Please include your order number and reason for return in your email. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item(s).
Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is received.
Refund Processing:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different product, please indicate your preference when contacting our customer service team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
